Everyone at SolidX is entitled to at least 25 days of holiday per year.

You always have the right to take as many days as your holiday entitlement states in the employment contract, How it is divided between paid and unpaid days may differ between the years. We apply the previous year's earnings April-March. See an example below where the person in the example starts 01-01-2022.

1 January – 31 march = 90 days. 90 / 365 * 25 = 6,16 = 7 days that you earn and get paid next holiday year (as below).

When you look at holiday earnings, you need to look at each holiday year separately, we then start from April-March with a start date of 1 January 2022, and right to holiday as 25 will be as below.
