Working for SolidX is just a job, although it's probably a difference from what you've had before. Work should not be your whole life, and please do not strive towards this. If you want to take time off, for any reason, please do so. You do not have to ask for approval or give a reason. There is only a minimal requirement to track your free days for pay reasons. If you are not happy with your work, for any reason, share it with your contact person as soon as possible. In this way, we can arrive at something that everyone benefits from.
SolidX is a fast-growing company. Everyone at SolidX is employed to do the best job of their lives. Most people tend to work hard and with intensity. It is important that we all do our best to balance the work between our colleagues. Extreme flexibility is good, but not when it's detrimental to your colleagues. If you find that you do significantly more or less work than your direct colleagues, talk to one of us internally.
