1. Recruitment bonus for tips without assignments

If a tip leads to employment, and an assignment is not completed on the first day of employment, the recruitment bonus is paid in two installments; SEK 5,000 in connection with the consultant starting on SolidX and the remaining SEK 5,000 when the consultant in question has been employed for six months.

2. Recruitment bonus for tips with assignments

<aside> 💡 The bonus will be paid as salary and will only be paid after 3 months from the consultant's date of employment. The bonus is calculated based on 100% of worked hours and adjusted according to actual hours worked to ensure fairness and transparency.

Tips that result in employment with SolidX with a consulting assignment, where the employee has both given the tip and participated in finding assignments, receive a bonus of SEK 5,000 every month as long as the assignment lasts.

Tips that result in employment with SolidX, and take with them their current assignment, where the employee has given the tip, receive a bonus of SEK 5,000 every month as long as the assignment lasts.

Tips that result in employment with a consulting assignment, where one employee tips, and another employee finds an assignment, means a shared monthly bonus of SEK 2,500 each, every month for as long as the assignment lasts.

Tips that result in employment without any assignment on first day of employment, where an employee then finds an assignment, means a monthly bonus of SEK 2,500 for the person who found the assignment, every month as long as the assignment lasts.
